Born and raised in Western Sydney, Ben is passionate about Campbelltown, and about fighting for the services and support it deserves.
Ben is a scientist, with a degree in Nanotechnology, who lives in Leumeah with his wife and has worked in hospitality, scientific research, education, and as a policy advisor. He is committed to a Council that is sustainable, that works with community need, not private profit, and that protects local built and natural heritage.
Ben has fought locally against the destruction of TAFE, against coal seam gas and for funding for public services and programs. He volunteers with a local Aboriginal youth program, previously worked with CSIRO Scientists in Schools and is the Convenor of the Greens NSW Election Campaign Committee.
