Our vision for Port Stephens

Our vision for Port Stephens is a progressive, safe and caring community that protects our precious environment against the pressures of over development and climate change.  We will listen to the community, value the natural environment and advocate for the voiceless.

As we emerge from the COVID19 pandemic crisis, a recession, with the effects of climate change at our door, we need to improve resilience, plan smarter growth and support social networks in our communities. Port Stephens can be a pioneer in creating an innovative alternative future where everyone and our environment is valued.
